Changes and cancellations to bookings made up to 3 days before the arrival date/time are without charge. However, the initial deposit for the first night will be charged as the room(s) has/have been blocked for other potential guests. The total value of the booking may be charged if changes/cancellations are made with less than 72 hours notice.

FROM THE M27 - Exit junction 7. Follow the signs to Hedge End and Botley. Pass through the village square, over the river with the old mill on your left hand side. Look for the 40 mph road sign on the right. Just before this road sign turn right into a very concealed entrance. Take the second driveway on the right.
FROM BISHOP WALTHAM, WICKHAM or FAREHAM - Follow the signs to Botley village. On entering the village look for the 30 mph signs. Directly behind the sign on the left is a concealed entrance. Turn left and take the second driveway off the single-track road.
